The Band Leadership Team are our student-led leaders for the Redmond Mustang Band. They help plan and run concerts, social events, and fundraisers, along with representing our band to the public. They also attend Band Booster meetings, representing the voice of the students and bringing fresh perspectives to the program, which is always looking for opportunities for enrichment and connection with the larger Redmond music community. More information can be found in the Band Board Constitution including detailed role descriptions and responsibilities.​ Elections for the council happen every year during the month of May. The process includes an application detailing each student's qualifications and leadership experience, as well as an interview. Band Council joins Orchestra and Choir Council students for leadership training prior to the start of each school year and is a great opportunity to learn leadership and team-building skills.

The Redmond Mustang Marching Band Leadership heads up the marching band at Redmond High School, marking a return to the school's musical tradition. The band is known for its performances at sporting events, particularly football games, and for its dedication to providing a fun, exciting, and safe environment for students to make high-quality music.
