Jazz Band

Jazz Band 2026-27 is an auditioned ensemble aiming to put roughly 1 (occasionally 2) players per part in TWO Jazz ensembles this year. It meets every day before school during zero period (7:30-8:20 am). Auditions are held the second week of school and the roster is announced shortly after. Updated class schedule coming soon!

Jazz Band Audition packet

Jazz Band auditions are required for all members seeking to join the 2026-2027
RHS Jazz Band. In the case of rhythm section (piano, guitar, bass, drums),
auditions are jointly taken for membership in both the RHS Jazz Band and Vocal
Jazz Ensemble. See the packet for more information!
